I noticed that also; they seem to have become EAGLES/ISLE. ISLE (International Standard for Language Engineering)-linked projects seem to be kept updated.
Try this link:

This is ISLE's home page; I couldn't connect today, but I've visited it before.

Dear All,
I have visited the EAGLES website today and realised that there have been no
updates since 1996. Does anyone know if the project is still alive or if
there have been any other serious attempts at writing an official corpus
typology?
Greetings,
