"Utopia" demo available , solely if licensing considered , on
demand at gojol@rnc.ro : tagger as such getting below 2% error
rate - but as integrated into parser , projecting bi-dimensional
trees over one-dimensional sentences , 0.3% on certain samples .
Treebank , dependency and MT-oriented outputs provided . German
and English only .
