As tram service is under reconstruction, you are not advised to take a tram:
it will stop after three stops and then you have to board a bus – with
luggage a bit complicated. Rather, take a taxi to the University (Kossuth
University, MATEMATIKA Epulet ['matematika 'ehpuelet]) = Maths Building.
There will be some people on duty there.
Clothes:
As it is winter in Hungary, you are advised to bring some warm clothes and
an umbrella. (Now it is about 4 degrees centigrade below zero.) Don't forget
to bring your swimming dress, although it's winter there is a nice thermal
bath in five minutes' walk from the University.

There are some other trains between Intercity services but they are slow and
are not recommended. Otherwise, the first train leaves Budapest at 6.10 and
the last one at 20.10. So we can hope that most of you can catch the 16.05
Intercity service.
