<s id="NEST_Vakno.s2">Den 9. februar debuterer maler og grafiker Therese Nortvedt som frimerkekunstner.</s> <s id="NEST_Vak_007en.s2">On the 9th of February is the artist Therese Nortvedt making a debut as a postage stamp artist.</s>

<s id="NEST_Vakno.s3">-- Jeg lagde en gang en etsning av et hjerte, det var vel kanskje derfor jeg ble kontaktet av noen i Posten for å utforme årets valentinsfrimerke, forteller Therese Nortvedt beskjedent.</s> <s id="NEST_Vak_007en.s3">--- Once I made an etching of a hart.</s> <s id="NEST_Vak_007en.s4">That might be the reason why they contacted me from the Post office to make the valentine stamp for this year, she tells humbly</s>

<s id="NEST_Vakno.s5">Tidligere har designeren Enzo Finger og karikaturtegneren Finn Graff hatt oppdraget med å utforme valentinsfrimerkene.</s> <s id="NEST_Vak_007en.s6">Earlier the designer Enzo Finger and the caricature artist Finn Graff had the responsibility to make the valentine stamps.</s>

<s id="NEST_Vakno.s6">Enzo Finger valgte hjerter og mørkerøde roser, Finn Graff et posthorn som blåser ut blomster.</s> <s id="NEST_Vak_007en.s7">Enzo Finger chose harts and dark red roses while Finn Graff chose a postage signal horn blowing out flowers.</s>

<s id="NEST_Vakno.s7">Denne gangen danner et blått konvolutthjerte motivet.</s> <s id="NEST_Vak_007en.s8">This time it is a blue envelope hart which make the motif.</s>

<s id="NEST_Vakno.s10">Mens jeg malte den, fikk jeg en følelse av hav og kontinenter -- en hel verden dukket fram!</s> <s id="NEST_Vak_007en.s11">While painting it, I got the feeling of oceans and continents --- a whole world appeared!</s>

<s id="NEST_Vakno.s11">Hjertet er lagt på en bunn med kjærlige hilsener på ulike språk.</s> <s id="NEST_Vak_007en.s12">The hart is laid on the top of loving greetings in different languages.</s>

<s id="NEST_Vakno.s12">Jeg ville vise at kjærligheten kan være gresesprengende, at den er noe som eksisterer på tvers av alle grenser, forklarer Therese Nortvedt.</s> <s id="NEST_Vak_007en.s13">Therese Nortvedt explains that she wanted to show that when it comes to love there is no boundaries, it crosses every boarder.</s>

<s id="NEST_Vakno.s15">Hun har hatt over 30 separatutstillinger, men dette er første gang hun forsøker seg som frimerkekunstner.</s> <s id="NEST_Vak_007en.s16">She has had over 30 separate art exhibitions, but this is the first time she have a try as postage stamp artist.</s>
