    when you've got the data as you want it, the command is f (for
    'file'). You will then be prompted for filename and citation length. To
    retrieve your file, you need to use ftp, get into your account, and use
    the command get filename (where 'filename' is the name you gave
    the file. If you can't remember the name, type ls which will list
    all the files you have in your account. Try to get hold of the reference
    document from the Cobuild website - it's got all the info you're ever
    likely to need.
